Try MRI BIDS conversion tutorial with public dataset

We should try the MRI BIDS conversion tutorial with some dataset which we can publicly share. This will let us explain the steps with examples that we can point to (by links to specific lines in the files, Issues, MRs, diffs, screenshots, etc.).

Dataset ideas:

• RSNE17 pilot (on the uni server /data/neurokog/test/cloud/RSNE17_raw_pilot/)

Steps:

• Check if the dataset has all elements that we need:

  • func
• Document a step-by-step conversion example using the Princeton dataset.
